A frequent visitor for over 30 years and full-time resident since 2018, Julie is deeply connected to the Sea Ranch community. When she purchased the home, it had never been renovated and was in decline. Aware of the growing need for fire-conscious and sustainable design, Julie approached the renovation with a commitment to modernize while honoring the original architectural intent.

Located on the West Meadow, the home’s updated roofline, glazing, and material choices were embraced by the Design Review Committee for enhancing both the structure and the surrounding landscape—contributing to the community’s evolving design legacy.
