Lauren Horstkamp was born and raised in the South Bay. Growing up, Lauren would rearrange the furniture in her room every few months, much to the exasperation of her parents. When she realized she could create a career out of designing spaces, she set her sights on making it her future. She graduated in 2014 from Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose and then went on to graduate as Class Speaker with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from San Francisco State University in the spring of 2018.   

Lauren loves to travel and wants to visit every continent at least once. So far, she has been to Canada, Mexico, Italy, France, and Greece. As a huge history buff, she loves ancient cultures and being able to walk through history. Lauren hopes to influence her designs with her experiences traveling abroad. 

When not at the office, Lauren can be found reading in parks, going to Shark’s games, watching horror movies, and playing with her cat, Luna.
